What does yoga mean to me?

Welcome to your personal journey towards balance and peace. I am a CYT-200 instructor dedicated to helping students build an empowered, safe and confident foundation in their personal practice.

My private sessions focus on alignment-based flows designed individually for beginner to intermediate yogis who want to deepen their body awareness, improve flexibility, and move with greater ease.

I believe yoga is unique to each and everyone of us. And my goal is to deliver a practice that meets you where you are; physically, mentally or spiritually. I break down poses step by step, offering hands on or verbal adjustments, props, and personalized variations to help my students develop strength, stability, and mindful posture - on and off the mat.

Whether you are new to yoga, or looking to refine your technique, my sessions create space for you to progress at your own pace. Each class is tailored to your needs through open dialogue and focuses on functional alignment, breath and sustainable movement patterns.
