Session Policies

Private Yoga Session

1. Booking & Payment

Private yoga sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the start of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Session packages must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via cash or Venmo before start of first session.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 2 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice, or missed sessions, will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals by client will not receive extended time, unless the instructor is late herself, and the full session fee applies.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

By participating in a private yoga session, clients confirm they are physically able to engage in yoga practice. It is the client's responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to the session. Yoga instruction is not a substitute for medical care.

5. Personal Responsibility

Clients agree to practice within their own limits and take full responsibility for their well-being during sessions. The instructor is not liable for injuries sustained during or after participation.

6. Instructor Discretion

The instructor reserves the right to modify, pause, or end a session if they believe it is not safe or appropriate to continue.

7. Packages & Expiration

Multi-session packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframe. Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared is kept confidential and used solely for providing yoga instruction.

9. Agreement

By booking and attending a private yoga session with Soul-Li Asana, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
